Estoppel letter:
Estoppels request must be submitted in writing, with check payable to Hacienda Estates Owners Association, Inc., in the amount of $100. Return time: 5-10 business days.

One (1) application must be submitted for each owner. Cost: $100/adult owner. Return time: 5-10 days.
